1st Class GradeBook Satisfaction
1st Class Software guarantees your satisfaction with 1st Class GradeBook for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not happy with 1st Class GradeBook within 30 days from the date of purchase you can obtain a refund for the software by sending 1st Class Software the following: 1) Installation Disks or CD. 2) Mail a letter explaining your dissatisfaction to 1st Class Software, Po Box 209, Georgetown, Ontario, L7G 4T1. We require the letter of explanation so we can make our product better for other customers. (Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping and handling charge).
1st Class GradeBook Disks or CD
1st Class Software warrants that the original diskettes or CD are free from defects in material and workmanship, assuming normal use, for a period of 90 days for the original date of purchase. If a defect occurs during this time, you may return the defective disks or CD to 1st Class Software. 1st Class Software will replace it at no extra charge. After 90 days, you can obtain a replacement for a defective disk or CD by sending it and a check for the disks or CD and manual (see http://www.1st-class-software.com/pricing.html for cost to cover postage and handling) to 1st Class Software.
Except for the express warranty set forth here, 1st Class Software makes no other warranties, express or implied. Every attempt has been made to ensure that the information contained in this manual is correct as of the time it was written. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions. 1st Class Software’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. 1st Class Software is not liable for any special, consequential, or other damages for any reason.
