This problem occurs rarely and is thought to be linked 
with a conflict with the Diamond Viper 770 video card 
drivers.  If you are experiencing this problem and are 
using a different video card please let us know right 
away.

Here are your options:

1) Get a fixed video driver from the manufacturer's web site.
2) Use the generic super vga driver that comes with windows.
3) Use the following work around:
When printing in landscape mode choose a paper type of A4.  
It is the metric equivalent to 8.5 x 11 paper size.  It is
just a little longer and skinnier but should suffice.  This
seems to sidestep the problem.
