1st Class GradeBook Support : Registration / Unlock Keys : I downloaded the latest upgrade and now I am being asked to register again. My old unlock key does not work. What should I do?
	You will need a new unlock key. As per our download page the upgrade is free for the first year and thereafter is half of the regular price ($34.99 for a single user license). Follow these instructions to get another unlock key: http://1st-class-software.com/cgi-bin/fom.cgi?file=17 If it has been more than a year you will be prompted to purchase the upgrade. Alternatively you can re-install your original version (or any upgrades released within 1 year from the date of purchase) and then get another unlock key for that version free of charge. We do not release / ship old versions of our software.
