Why was I overcharged? I was supposed to be charged the US price.
We are a Canadian company so you were charged the Canadian equivalent. Your credit card company will convert this charge to US$. It should be very close to the stated US$ price. Here is the note from our online registration screen:
IMPORTANT: Please note that we bill your credit card in CANADIAN Dollars. When you receive your credit card statement you will notice that the amount in US$ differs very slightly from the amount stated below. On the last screen you will see the Canadian equivalent prices.
In short you will be billed the correct US$ price by your credit card company. Sorry for any confusion.
