When I tried to get an unlock key online I got a message saying "... could not find your registration information". What is going on?
If you have just registered wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem still persists then send an email to support@1st-class-software.com along with your electronic receipt. Your electronic receipt was sent to the email address you specified while filling out your credit card information.

If you have moved since your registration or your phone number has changed you must make sure you are requesting your unlock key using your phone number and zip code that was in effect when you registered with us.

If you still can't get an unlock key send an email to support@1st-class-software.com Make sure you include your name, phone number, zip code, and registration code.
