| Upgrade to the latest version of 1st Class GradeBook. If the problem still persists please email your database to support. Instructions for emailing your database are here: http://www.1st-class-software.com/cgi-bin/fom.cgi?file=104

| Another reason for receiving a "Data Synchronization" error is if you have forgotten to enter either students and/or activities in their respective screens and instead skipped forward to marks or quick marks. If this is the case please enter students and/or activites to correct this.
