(Answer) (Category) 1st Class GradeBook Support : (Category) Operating 1st Class GradeBook - How do I ... ? :
Several teachers are grading the same students. How do we add grades independently but have each student's report show the grades from all the teachers?
To accomplish this it is very important to make sure that any student's
taught by more than one teacher have EXACTLY the same name in each
teacher's gradebook database file. Each teacher should enter grades
for each student normally in their own gradebook file. When it comes
time to print reports perform the following steps:

1) Copy all the teachers gradebook files into one folder.
2) From the file menu choose NEW to create a completely new blank database.
3) From the Tools menu choose IMPORT. Select the teacher #1's database file.
4) Repeat step 3 for each teacher's database file.
5) Now print reports. The reports starting with the word "Elementary" will
work best as they will combine the student's grades from various
   subjects/teachers into one report.
