1st Class GradeBook Support : I can't find / get to my grades. What should I do? :
Most of the buttons on the main screen are inactive / greyed out. What should I do?
There are two possibilities that can lead to this behaviour: 1) You have a completely blank database open. If the CLASS, SETUP, AND EXIT buttons are the only active buttons then the problem is due to a completely blank database. You need to enter in a class in the CLASS screen before the other buttons will become active. 2) You do not have a database open. If only the SETUP and EXIT buttons are active then the problem is that you do not have a database open. Use the FILE - OPEN menu option to open a database.
