This is caused by an error in the registration code you typed in. Go back into
the gradebook, exit from the registration screen, and then go back in to the
registration screen. A new registration code will be generated. Use that
registration code and try to get your unlock key again. Also send an email to
support indicating that you need your registration code count reset. If you
are unable to get the unlock key you can also send along your registration code
and we will reply with an unlock key. Put an asterisk in the subject line for
priority service.
